Guvernul analizează ordonanțe pentru sprijinirea companiilor strategice în dificultate

Joi, Guvernul a discutat în primă lectură un proiect de ordonanță ce permite intervenția statului pentru sprijinirea companiilor esențiale pentru economie, cum este cazul Liberty Galați. Actul normativ stabilizează noțiunea de „societate de interes strategic” și specifică domeniile vizate, printre care se numără industria extractivă și producția de oțel, aluminiu și ciment, conform viata-libera.ro.

👉 Măsuri pentru susținerea companiilor esențiale în dificultate

Proiectul de ordonanță propune „instituirea dreptului de preempțiune de cumpărare al statului asupra unor active sau participații” și permite intervenția directă în situații de risc pentru continuarea activităților esențiale. Statul va avea prioritate la achiziționarea activelor companiilor aflate în dificultate financiară.

În plus, comunicatul Guvernului arată că autoritățile vor putea acționa pentru a preveni oprirea unor capacități importante și vor crea mecanisme pentru monitorizarea infrastructurilor critice, cu scopul de a evita pierderile în industrii esențiale și de a reduce dependențele externe.

👉 Consolidarea atribuțiilor Autorității pentru Administrarea Activelor Statului

Un alt proiect discutat vizează consolidarea rolului Autorității pentru Administrarea Activelor Statului (AAAS), care va avea capacitatea de a prelua datoriile unor companii de la ANAF. Aceasta va urmări impozitele, taxele și amenzi, contribuind la o recuperare mai eficientă a datoriilor și protejând interesele statului.

De asemenea, AAAS își va extinde atribuțiile în administrarea bunurilor provenite din sancțiuni internaționale sau din recuperarea datoriilor, fiind finanțată integral de la bugetul de stat.
