Consumul de energie din Galați se prăbușește în absența Liberty

Combinatul Liberty Galați, care a fost o piesă de bază a economiei locale, a înregistrat o scădere dramatică a consumului de energie electrică și gaze. În prezent, consumul de energie de pe platforma siderurgică este semnificativ mai mic, ceea ce reflectă o situație complicată în economia județului, potrivit viata-libera.ro.

👉 Declinul consumului industrial de gaze

În trecut, Liberty Galați consuma cca. 130 MWh de energie electrică pe oră și 6.500 MW pe zi de gaz metan. Acum, consumul orar de energie este de 13 ori mai mic, iar cel de gaze a scăzut cu aproape 93 de ori. Conform Energy Map, consumul de gaze din județul Galați a scăzut la mai puțin de jumătate din valoarea din 2021, când combinatul raporta vârfuri de producție.

În 2021, consumul industrial de gaze era de 2,57 milioane MWh, dar a scăzut la 2,2 milioane MWh în 2022 și a ajuns la 1,37 milioane MWh în 2023. În 2024, consumul a continuat să scadă, ajungând la 1,13 milioane MWh. Astfel, între 2021 și 2024, consumul de gaze din industria gălățeană s-a redus cu peste jumătate.

👉 Evoluția consumului casnic și a energiei electrice

Consumatorii casnici din județul Galați au înregistrat o fluctuație a consumului de gaze, atingând un vârf de 893.551 MWh în 2021, coborând la 814.428 MWh în 2022, urcând la 857.757 MWh în 2023 și ajungând la un minim record de 789.873 MWh în 2024. În ceea ce privește energia electrică, consumul din industrie a crescut ușor, de la 412.406 MWh în 2021 la 466.094 MWh în 2024.

De asemenea, consumul de energie electrică al populației a scăzut de la 337.593 MWh în 2021 la 317.899 MWh în 2024. Cu toate acestea, numărul prosumatorilor a crescut semnificativ, ajungând de la 259 în 2021, cu o producție de 1 MW, la 3.219 în 2024, cu o producție totală de 34,33 MW.
