Crește numărul litigiilor soluționate amiabil între consumatori și bănci

Centrul de Solutionare Alternativa a Litigiilor din domeniul Bancar (CSALB) a anunțat o creștere semnificativă a numărului de litigii soluționate amiabil între consumatori și instituțiile financiare. Potrivit unei declarații recente, au fost înregistrate numeroase cazuri de litigii care includ credite în franci elvețieni, executări silite și procese de dare în plată.

Conform unui comunicat de presă, CSALB menționează că „propunerile conciliatorilor CSALB acceptate de părți includ mixuri de beneficii care vizează: diminuări de datorii, ștergeri de penalități, restituiri de sume, închiderea cazurilor de executare silită sau a celor de dare în plată”.

De la începutul anului, au fost trimise de către consumatori peste 800 de cereri de negociere cu băncile. Până acum, 150 dintre acestea s-au încheiat sau se află în negociere, iar alte 40 de cereri au fost rezolvate direct, fără ajutorul unui conciliator, chiar dacă au fost adresate CSALB, notează sursa citată, viata-libera.ro.

Aceste date subliniază importanța procesului de conciliere în gestionarea litigiilor între consumatori și instituțiile financiare, oferind soluții eficiente și rapide.
