Liberty Galați în impas: contract de energie expirat și căutări urgente pentru un nou furnizor

Liberty Galați se confruntă cu o situație critică după ce, pe 30 ianuarie, contractul de furnizare a energiei electrice cu Mar-Tin Solar Energy SRL a expirat, conform informațiilor furnizate de viata-libera.ro. Această situație a fost anticipată după ce combinatul a fost la un pas de a fi deconectat de la rețea din cauza datoriilor considerabile.

👉 Prelungirea contractului și furnizarea temporară de energie

Contractul a fost prelungit cu o săptămână, deoarece, pe 23 ianuarie, valoarea facturilor neplătite atingea aproximativ patru milioane de lei, iar în ultima săptămână din ianuarie au fost adăugate alte 2,5 milioane de lei. În urma intervenției autorităților locale și centrale, Liberty Galați a fost preluat temporar, începând de sâmbătă, de E.ON România, ca furnizor de ultimă instanță.

Este de menționat că acest contract cu E.ON este valabil doar pentru o perioadă de trei zile, urmând să expire luni la miezul nopții. Aceasta impune o nouă căutare urgentă a unui furnizor, care va trebui să fie tot de ultimă instanță, dar pentru o singură zi, marți.

👉 Contractul suspendat cu Hidroelectrica și garanțiile solicitate

De miercuri, se preconizează ca furnizarea de energie pentru Liberty Galați să fie preluată de Hidroelectrica. Totuși, această opțiune vine cu provocări semnificative. Conform surselor viata-libera.ro, Liberty Galați are un contract anterior suspendat cu Hidroelectrica pentru neplată.

Mai mult, Hidroelectrica impune condiția de a avea garanții financiare pentru a deveni furnizor. Asigurarea acestor garanții ar putea fi problematică, având în vedere că aproape toate activele combinatului gălățean sunt gajate la diverși creditori, atât de stat, cât și privați.
